What currency is my order processed in?
All orders are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Is GST included in the price?
Yes, 10% GST is included in the price.
Can I cancel my order?
We can cancel your order if we have not processed your order yet. Please note we aim to process your order within 48 hours of it being placed.
Can I make changes to my order?
Once an order has been placed on our website you are unable to make changes to an order in the system, so please take your time to select your items carefully.

Which company handles your deliveries?
We use Australia Post for all of our parcels Australia wide.
How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders over $199. The shipping cost will be calculated at the time of checkout, depending on your location, product size and weight. You can choose either standard Parcel Post or Express Post shipping.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once orders are processed within 48 hours, they will be dispatched from our Sydney office and delivered by Australia Post. Per estimated delivery times from their website:
- Standard shipping will take 2-4 business days (within NSW) and 3-6 business days (for all other states)
- Express shipping will take 1-2+ business days (within NSW) and 1-3+ business days (for all other states).
Do you offer Click & Collect?
We are an online store, so we offer only standard Parcel Post or Express Post Shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within Australia.
