RETURNS POLICY
Order Cancellation
We can cancel your order if we have not processed your order yet. Please note we aim to process your order within 48 hours of your order being placed.
Order Amendment
Please select items carefully as we are not able to make changes to your order in the system once it's been placed.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind, we can provide either an exchange or a refund.
- Exchange: we can provide a store credit excluding the shipping cost to and from the customer, provided
- The customer contacts Tidy Oasis within 21 days of the purchase date to request an exchange, and
- The goods are unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, is not a Clearance Item and
- The customer must return the goods to Tidy Oasis within 21 days of receiving it.
- Note: there is a 20% restocking fee to process an exchange.
- Refund: we can provide a refund excluding the shipping cost to and from the customer, provided
- The customer contacts Tidy Oasis within 21 days of the purchase date to request a refund, and
- The goods are unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, is not a Clearance Item and
- The customer must return the goods to Tidy Oasis within 21 days of receiving it.
- Note: there is a 20% restocking fee to process a refund.
Clearance Items
We do not provide exchanges or refunds for Clearance Items (these items will be marked "Item is non-returnable and non-refundable").
Damaged or Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that your goods have arrived damaged or that you believe they are faulty, we can provide either a replacement or a refund, provided
- The customer contacts Tidy Oasis within 21 days of the purchase date, and
- The customer provides photo or video evidence.
- Note: once we've made an assessment, we will provide either a replacement or a refund, at the discretion of Tidy Oasis.
SHIPPING POLICY
Currently, at Tidy Oasis we dispatch orders from our Sydney office. We only ship to Australian addresses, but not PO Boxes.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is free for orders over $199 - applies to the subtotal. When an order qualifies for Free Shipping, we will be using standard Parcel Post with Australia Post. The shipping cost will be calculated at the time of checkout, depending on your location, product size and weight. We offer standard Parcel Post or Express Post shipping.
Delivery Times
Once orders are processed within 48 hours, they will be dispatched from our Sydney office and delivered by Australia Post. Per estimated delivery times from their website:
- Standard shipping will take 2-4 business days (within NSW) and 3-6 business days (for all other states)
- Express shipping will take 1-2+ business days (within NSW) and 1-3+ business days (for all other states).

We are an online store, so we offer only standard Parcel Post or Express Post Shipping.
