It’s almost Easter, so in our latest blog we’ll be sharing three of our favourite recipes that are easy to make, super tasty and will be a crowd pleaser for sure!
The easiest Hot Cross Buns
It's not even Easter yet and we've already eaten more than our share of hot cross buns this year.
We finally got around to making fresh hot cross buns, for the first time. It's super easy to make and there's no kneading required! Plus they're so yummy too. We love to eat them hot with a dollop of butter - so good!

This Rocky Road hits different
This will be your new go-to no-bake treat.
We haven’t met a rocky road we didn’t like. This rocky road is a definite crowd favourite - with an Easter twist.
It’s very simple to make, even the kids can help. In a mixing bowl, add in halved marshmallows, mini chocolate eggs and fried noodles. Next, melt chocolate chips, biscoff spread and unsalted butter in the microwave. Once melted, pour over the marshmallow mixture, mix well and set in the fridge for at least two hours. The perfect sweet treat for Easter!

This Sushi Bunny is too cute to eat
Hop into Easter prep with the cutest sushi you’ll ever make. These will be a hit with the kids (and adults too)!
Just prepare the sushi rice and roll them into balls to form the bunny head. Next cut up carrots for the ears and insert into the bunny head. Then chill it in the fridge for two hours. The final step is to cut up nori sheets for the eyes and mouth, and place it on the bunny head. Voilà - a sushi bunny too cute to eat!
